It happens to all of us…your boss walks by the cubical or the office and you frantically try to minimize or switch to another window that shows you are working and not looking into why Torry Holt’s productivity was down so much in 2008. Turns out maybe, you should have just kept that window up and proudly and invited your boss to look into what is really important at the workplace.
Loser or genius?
This guy, also known as Michael Henby, wrote a 27 chapter book titled “Fantasy Kick” on how Fantasy Football in the workplace is going to help your career. Yes, Mr. Henby claims by using his formula of ”Fantasy Football=Networking=Career Advancement you will not only climb the ranks in your league standings but also in your company’s payroll. Although Chapter 20 “The HR Challenge Use Fantasy Football to get you Promoted- not fired, sounds intriguing, I did not see a chapter devoted on getting your poetry obsessed, feminist, out of shape boss to accept fantasy football… maybe in Book 2.
